When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout.
Processing and address changes
Orders are prepared before carrier pickup. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Delivery questions
Carrier scans and delivery estimates can change in transit. If tracking has stopped updating or a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery area and household first, then contact us with your order number.
